I started as a media buyer managing Facebook and TikTok ads for e-commerce brands. Pulling reports every Friday. Copy-pasting numbers across tabs. Rebuilding the same deck week after week.
At some point I stopped doing it manually and started building systems instead. A dashboard that pulls live ad data so the report builds itself. An n8n workflow that replaces three hours of weekly manual work. A Telegram alert that catches missed customer messages in real time.
Most of what I build now came from solving my own problems first. I know where the manual work hides in an e-commerce operation because I lived in it for six years. Now I package that into systems for other teams.
